2017 OLD VINE PINOT NOIR

After a few healthy winters of rain, this 2017 Pinot vintage produced a complex, elegant and multidimensional wine. Mid-palate flavors of bing cherry, bay leaf, peppercorn are rounded out with well balanced acidity, leaving a smooth lingering finish.  
 
Winemaking Notes: Hand harvested days before the Nuns Fire. Triple hand sorted and whole berry fermented. Aged for 34 months in French oak barrels.  ~ 50 CASES PRODUCED
