2007 SYRAH ~LIBRARY RESERVE

Our 2007 is outstanding, well balanced, with healthy tannins, dark berries, earthy, pepper spice and a smooth velvety lingering finish.  We were rewarded a Gold Metal with SF Chronicle Wine Competition for this vintage. Our wines are aging exceptionally well in the bottle.
The mountain's volcanic soil adds character, depth and complexity to the terroir, producing this full-bodied Syrah that has richly layered forward fruit flavors, abundant mid-palate sensations.   Barrel aged for 32 months in artisanal-coopered oak barrels. We produced 160 cases.
